Yvon Lambert offers a 14-day return window for all premium fashion items, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. We strive to ensure your acquisition meets the highest standards of quality and aesthetic excellence.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Shipment

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective dust bags and authenticity cards are included to avoid depreciation fees.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Secure the provided pre-paid shipping label to the exterior of the parcel, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Verification & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned piece for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
